During the pandemic we noticed a large increase in the number of traditional desktop software users moving to our cloud-based solution as it made working from home so much easier. You can also give your accountant free access to collaborate easily with them online.

Over the course of the pandemic we realised that time is even more precious to our users so we looked at implementing some great new features to enable them to improve their business processes.

The first of these was Open Banking which allows a user to connect directly to their bank to import bank transactions for quick and easy reconciliation. Some users have reported that they are saving over 2 hours a week using this feature which is fantastic to know that they can spend that time elsewhere in their lives.

The other feature which is being released this month is payment links on invoices. We have teamed up with Square to allow our users to send a payment link or QR code directly on an invoice enabling them to get paid more quickly. This also cuts out the need for handling of cheques and post etc.
