You will have full responsibility of managing the beverage operations of both Crown Bar & Kitty’s Bar, as well as providing support & training to staff, encourage their development and can motivate your team. Key Job Aims
Full management of beverage sales for two outlets -Crown Bar & Kitty’s Bar
Support the General Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the bars and overall Business.
Overseeing and assisting beverage service delivered in an efficient, warm, and friendly manner
Supervise the activities of all bar teams to ensure all team members are aware of their responsibilities and are performing all duties to a consistently high standard.
Mentor and support team members
Management of cash handling procedures of bars in accordance with company policy.
To be aware and ensure compliance with all company policy’s regarding: Fire, Health & Safety, Hygiene, Food Hygiene, and Customer Care & Security.
Employee Relations & Performance Management of the bar teams with the assistance of the HR Department.
Have experience working with a security team
Have experience of rostering and ensuring staffing levels are always sufficient in both bars.
Full knowledge of stock control and ordering
Always implement and maintain the SOPs for the bar, ensuring the teams are trained and following the guidelines
To interact and communicate with guests and colleagues in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner always.
To be fully aware of all company policies and procedures.
To be always consistently well-groomed and professional in appearance and presentation.
To carry out procedures in accordance with company policy
Ensure consistency and growth in productivity by providing excellent service
Must be available to work midweek & weekends, late nights will be involved
The ideal candidate must have a professional and friendly approach and must be focused on providing excellent customer service with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a high-volume beverage venue. The successful candidate will have fully responsibility for the managing of the bar. They must be a team player and can multitask. The ideal candidate should be passionate and enthusiastic about the role, enjoy serving and interacting with our customers and have a “can do” attitude to develop their knowledge and skills within their profession.
