HR Training & Quality Co-ordinator Audi Wexford Wexford, County Wexford, Ireland Permanent | Full Time

 

We are looking to recruit a really organised Administrator to work in our Human Resources Department, focusing on our Staff Training and our Quality Audits. You will be working alongside our Group HR Manager for a multi-site group of Car Dealerships.

 

Training Co-Ordinator

New Employee Induction Training

Assist HR Manager in providing induction training to new staff members and showing them around their new work environment.

Arranging the basic training & mentoring needed for their new jobs with their Department Manager.

 

Sales Training

Assist HR Manager and Sales Manager in developing a Sales Training Plan for each employee.

Assist Sales Manager with co-ordination of our own in-house Sales Training & Mentoring

Register new Sales Staff on various Brand Training Websites.

Register and Communicate Brand Sales Training Modules

Report back on training attendance and completion of training.

 

Aftersales Training

Assist HR Manager and Aftersales Manager in developing a Training Plan for each employee.

Assist Aftersales Manager with co-ordination of our own in-house Aftersales Training & Mentoring.

Register new Aftersales Staff on various Brand Training Websites.

Register and Communicate Brand Aftersales Training Modules

Report back on training attendance and completion of training.

 

Other Training

Assist HR Manager with provision of other staff training requirements from time to time (Manual Handling, First Aid, GDPR etc)

 

Quality Co-Ordinator

Each year our Car Dealerships undergo a Quality Standards Audit with each of the Car Brands which we represent.

Our Quality Co-Ordinator will work with our Dealer Principal, Sales and Aftersales Managers to ensure that we are maintaining our standards against a predefined check list that the Brands supply us with.

The Standard Audits are Annual, but internally we review & record our progress on a weekly/monthly basis. There is a lot of administrative work involved. You will be supported in this role by two experienced Audit Co-Ordinators and full training will be provided.

 

The successful candidate must possess the following skills, attributes and experience:

Previous Office / Administration Experience required.

Work well as part of a team.

Be an effective communicator.

Be organised and possess excellent I.T & Microsoft Office Skill

Be flexible in your approach to work and good at multitasking.
