Jam company’s sweet donation to the Marie Keating Foundation

Tom and Laura Sinnott of Wexford Home Preserves recently presented Linda Keating of the Marie Keating Foundation with a cheque for €1,200 on the beach in Cahore.

 

The money was raised through the sales of the specially created Pink Grapefruit Marmalade – made with Sicilian pink grapefruit. Fifty cent from each jar sold was collected for the Marie Keating Foundation.

 

The artisan preserves company was keen to thank its customers who bought the limited- edition marmalade.

 

‘The Marie Keating Foundation is doing such good work to help with cancer prevention, awareness and support. ‘We really wanted to do something for them, especially this year when fundraising has been so difficult,’ Ms Sinnott said.
