I have brought workshops on Meditation & Mindfulness, Sound Therapy and Sound Bath Meditations to ICA Groups, Day Care Centres, Libraries, Primary & Secondary Schools, Special Needs Residential Homes, Nursing Homes, workplaces and Health & Wellbeing Centres. Sound Therapy is especially beneficial to people who are non verbal and have physical and intellectual disabilities at home and in day care centres bringing great calm & peace to all who experience it, even those who are profoundly deaf as Sound Therapy works on vibrations.
At Sundara Self Care I also provide workshops for workplaces or community groups which are aimed at introducing Meditation & Mindfulness in a down to earth & informative manner.
