Company Bio: Enniscorthy Castle is a 12th century Norman medieval castle perched on a picturesque hill in the centre of town, overlooking the River Slaney. With exhibitions on Norman history, the Roche family of the first half of the 20th century and the work of designer and architect Eileen Gray, the Castle has an eclectic mix of history and culture for the whole family. Just a ten-minute walk away from the Castle is the National 1798 Rebellion Centre with an award-winning exhibition exploring the inspiration behind the 1798 rebellion and its impact through the centuries, leading to Irish independence. The 1798 Centre has a full-service café, Café 98, along with free parking, gift shop and outdoor picnic area.
