Company Bio: Technical & OEE Partners is a niche technical service, founded by John & Imelda Kehoe, (Founders of Tekpak Automation Ltd). We leverage decades of expertise from building a Robotics Engineering Company from ground up to successful acquisition to provide mentoring, training and consultancy for Business Owners in Engineering or Manufacturing, who want to improve profitability, reduce waste, create structure, a culture of ownership and prepare their Manufacturing Businesses for Scaling or acquisition.
John Kehoe is an Automation and Robotics Expert, including Automation and AI, OEE Performance Improvement. He has designed and developed high speed Robotic solutions for some of the worlds' largest manufacturers of Pharmaceuticals, Medical Device and Food. He is currently completing an MBA in AI.
Imelda Kehoe is a Technical Operations and Certified Lean Expert who runs 'Special Ops' - a transformational, action-oriented, hands-on program which incorporates, Lean, Culture, Communication, Ownership, Org Chart Development, Process mapping, Definitions of Done & Visual Management.
