Company Bio: I am Emer Kirwan, a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland, with over 30 years of experience helping people and small business owners understand their money with confidence.
My career spans senior corporate roles alongside many years working directly with owner-managed businesses and individuals. Over time, I saw the same pattern again and again. Capable people working hard, making good decisions, yet feeling uncertain about their finances because nobody ever explained the money side in a clear, practical way.
That insight led to my work in Small Business Money Master, where I support business owners to understand their numbers, manage cash flow, price properly, and plan ahead without jargon or overwhelm. The focus is not on turning people into accountants, but on helping them feel informed, in control, and able to make sound decisions.
Alongside this, I work with individuals on personal finance, helping them understand how money fits into their wider life. Whether I am mentoring a business, supporting a start up, or guiding someone through personal financial planning, my approach is the same. Calm, practical, and rooted in real life.
I believe money should support life, not compete with it. My role is to help people see the full picture, put the right pieces in place, and move forward with clarity and confidence..
