So often it is us that gets in our way, blocking our own path to the life we want to lead with subconscious habits, beliefs, patterns or behaviours. We've gone round and round the problem of how to 'level up' so many times that all our solutions sound rehearsed, or perhaps have already been tried and tested time and time again. And yes, even stress, insomnia, and mindset are habits!
