Enterprise Management Resource was formed in October 2012 by Kilian Duignan (CDipAF ACCA) and Seamus Murphy (B.A. Gen. Mgt., P. Grad. Dip. Int. Selling.)

It is a partnership of like minds bringing together a blend of management experience, consultancy, mentoring, training, International sales experience and in-depth knowledge on the National Rural Development Plan, LEADER and City and County Enterprise Board supports.
Kilian has 15 years management experience with the last 3 years working in enterprise support, start-up training and consultancy, directly for Enterprise Boards and the LEADER companies.
Seamus has over 30 years management experience in various sectors of business including manufacturing (goods for the FMCG sector), engineering, local enterprise development and more recently the services to construction arena. He has significant experience in International selling/sales development in recent years.
The organisation, while young in its creation, possesses significant skills, experience and knowledge gained over the combined work experiences of the principles (in excess of 50 years combined). We pride ourselves in being pragmatic, dynamic and flexible.
The primary objective of this partnership is to work with SMEs and start-ups and to assist them develop and grow their potential for profit generation. This is achieved through a blend of training and mentoring. We also aspire to build strategic relationships with companies that have a shared vision, that of helping people create real opportunities for themselves as Owner Managers in order to better their businesses and to endeavour to make a positive impact on the live register figures.

Enterprise Management Resource (EMR) supports businesses to grow and profit. EMR works with SMEs and Start-ups, helping them with business planning, strategic development, business mentoring, trouble shooting, sales/marketing strategies and grant aid applications.

Kilian and Seamus work full time in the business delivering training, support, mentoring and fact-based results to a broad base of clients. We are also currently engaged for the delivery of a number of feasibility studies.
