PwC’s Budget 2016 Breakfast Briefing

Despite very strong Exchequer returns so far this year, the Minister for Finance has stated that there will be no spending spree announced in Budget 2016. Instead, Minister Noonan has said that the Government must ‘act with a steady hand’.
