New Work Junction, Wexford

New Work Junction situated in Clonard Village, Wexford opened its doors in 2019.  There are 20 offices of various sizes for rent on a monthly basis with a desk area of 67 desks.  Desks are rented on a daily, weekly or monthly basis and there are three plans to choose from Hybrid, Flexi and Dedicated Desks.  There are no long term leases and just one bill per month.

 

Plans available:

Hybrid Plan: 2-3 days per week €125 + VAT per month

Flexi Desk: 24/7 to work as you please  €155 + VAT per month

Dedicated Desk: Your desk not available to anyone else to sit at €225 + VAT per month

Offices: from €450 + VAT per month (extra people in office €40 + VAT per month)

A refundable deposit is charged on first invoice for Key(s) + Fob €100 per set.

 

All facilities are available to members and have 24/7 access, high speed broad band, meeting rooms and pods for meetings and podcasting.  There is a secure bike rack at the back of our premises and a shower to freshen up after cycling in.  The canteen offers tea and coffee and a comfortable space to have lunch or a coffee.  All desks are the correct height with natural daylight lighting; printing is available via Wifi. 

The hub is an excellent facility for start up businesses trying to organise a budget for the coming year, one bill pays all!  It also provides an opportunity to meet new people, potential customers & exchange ideas.  Working in the hub also is more productive as there are no distractions.

Located on the outskirts of the town the hub is easily accessible.  There is a bike rack for cyclists, car parking on a first come first served basis and also the local link bus stops outside the front door.

Reception is manned Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.  Post and parcels are accepted at reception and can be collected at any time.
