Building on Recovery: Investing in the South East

Wexford Chamber were among many attendees at the launch of the regional Capital Plan, Building on Recovery: Investing in the South East (Carlow, Kilkenny, Waterford, Wexford & Wicklow) which took place in Wexford County Council HQ on Friday 15th January.

As you may be aware the Capital Plan was launched late last year outlining the Government’s national strategy for Infrastructure and Capital Investment for the period 2016-2021.

Wexford Chamber welcomes this plan and looks forward to continued strong recovery in the South East and the further creation of jobs.  Investments in public transport, water services, tourism and important major projects will all contribute to strengthening the economic growth of the South East.

Minister for Public Expenditure & Reform, Brendan Howlin TD was today (Friday) in Wexford to highlight the benefits of the Government’s capital investment programme, Building on Recovery, for the South East region.
