Conor Robinson

Conor is a Consultant solicitor specialising in commercial law, specifically buying and selling businesses, commercial contracts, agency law, data protection and trademark and company law. He is a former partner at the Dublin offices of a large US law firm.

He has advised and acted on behalf of a wide range of clients in the SME sector, including beverage companies, credit agencies, multinational distributors, agents, software developers, and manufacturers.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Conor was a commodity trader in London, and ran a successful SME for 12 years.  He would describe himself as a businessman with a passion for the law and draws on his prior 20 years of business expertise to now provide innovative, transparent, cost-effective solutions for SME’s legal issues.

Conor acts as a tutor in the Law Society of Ireland on various aspects of their Business Law course
