Cookery Demonstration with TV3’s Late Lunch Live Chef Gary O’Hanlon
Tuesday 28th October, 7.30pm in the Talbot Hotel, Wexford
Bluebird Care has produced a cookbook, “Food for the Soul” written by award winning TV chef Gary O’Hanlon.
Gary is head chef at VM Restaurant, Longford which won the Georgina Campbell Restaurant of the Year 2014 award and appears regularly on TV and radio.
The John and Sally McKenna Guide has described Gary’s cooking as “one of the great modern Irish experiences”
Gary is coming to the Talbot Hotel on Tuesday 28th of October at 7.30pm to do a free cookery demonstration where he will be cooking recipes from “Food for the Soul”
