Waterford Wexford Education and Training Board are delivering an evening course in Customer Service commencing August 6th. The course which is for employed people is certified by QQI at level 4 and will be delivered in the Wexford Training Centre, Whitemills Industrial Estate on one night per week over ten weeks.
As part of the government’s Skills to Advance initiative launched at the end of 2018, this training will be provided Free of Charge to employees who work in the area of customer service. This is a great opportunity for employers in the hospitality sector to upskill their staff at no cost to their business.
