Innovate Launches Newly Built Network Operations Centre

Innovate’s Network Operations Centre.

Innovate, the Gorey based I.T. and Telecoms company, have kicked off 2013 on the same note they closed 2012 after winning ‘Business of the Year’ at the National Enterprise Awards. Launching Innovate’s newly built,  state-of-the-art Network Operations Centre was Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, Brendan Howlin, T.D., Mr. Pat Rath Chairman, Wexford Local Development Ltd. (WLD Ltd.) and Mr. Brian Kehoe CEO, WLD Ltd.

Innovate’s Network Operations Centre, which is now operated 24 hours per day, 7 x days per week applies advanced system diagnostic tools to monitor, support and report on trends in their business customers’ I.T. and Telecoms environments. Immediate technical support is now deployed preventing interuptions and fixing issues before customers are even aware a potential problem has arisen. As a result, continuity of I.T. and Telecoms service is now maintained at even higher service levels than before.

Not resting on their laurels, Innovate are continuing to bring new ground-breaking I.T. and telecoms products to business customers across Ireland, all available through Innovate’s Cloud Platform. In addition, in the coming weeks, consultancy projects will be completed in Florida, Chicago, London and India.

Mr. Jim Hughes, co-founder of Innovate, continues to see Innovate as an emerging business and wants to continue towards creating substantial technology-lead employment in Wexford.
