The Role: Office Administrator

  • Administration support for the Marketing and Events department
  • General office duties including reception skills
  • Digital Marketing and Social Media administration, including ezine newsletter.
  • Event co-ordination and administration
  • Reporting to the office manager of marketing projects for Wexford’s Chamber
  • Key Account support as required

The Candidate:

  • Degree/Diploma in Marketing or Business preferable
  • Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and skills – Essential
  • Capable of multitasking different projects and meeting deadlines
  • Very comfortable with reporting
  • Excellent communication skills and very capable of working within a team environment
  • Excellent organisation and administration skills. Attention to Detail Essential.
