Menapia Properties  was established in 1994 by Karol Jackson upon her return to Wexford her home County.  Having spent many years training and working with Ganly Walters in Dublin it was time to come home to roost and she has now spent over 20 years building a small professional property agency and prides herself on offering personal service.

Karol is pleased to announce that after working from home and online for such a long time, she is now taking the big leap at the end of this long and tough recession to move into a high profile Commercial premises at Trinity Street in Wexford Town.  She spent some time sourcing and then transforming the property,  which was laid out in 4 apartments and in very bad repair, into a new commercial unit.

Karol who is a Fellow of the Society Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) and the Current Chairperson of the South East Region of the SCSI is very active within the Society sitting on two Professional Committees as well as National Council.  She is passionate about instigating construction not only in Wexford but in all areas of Ireland where construction is necessary as practically all aspects of the industry finds itself in a quandary at present, as we emerge from one of our worst recessions.  “I am hopeful that as we set off on our economic journey into 2016 and negotiate our way through the first quarter (election included) a channel will be dug to enable construction and so a diligent market will transpire once again”.  Karol Jackson also sits on the Board of the Private Residential Tenancies Board (PRTB) as Stakeholder for the Society Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI).  As well as this she is an active Member of Wexford Chamber and is well known amongst the business community of Wexford.

“I am delighted to be entering a new chapter of my life in the opening of my office at Trinity Street which is a great location on the main thoroughfare into Wexford with plenty of free parking right outside the door”.  Like most agents countrywide at present the main challenge is lack of properties for sale and to let and consequently Karol hopes that the ambitious move to her new premises along with her professionalism and expertise will assist both her and her clients in the years ahead.
