This course is designed to help you destress and discover how to enjoy a more balanced lifestyle. It will be of interest to anybody who wishes to learn more about handling stress, relaxing and getting the most out of in their personal and business life.

Course Description:

Modern life is filled with distractions, often making it difficult to progress with what we really want. The net result is frustration and stress. We have so many opportunities but also face considerable challenges. In business and in life we are often faced with busy schedules, decisions to make and a need to act in many roles. For many, these demands can bring stress and affect our overall health and wellbeing along with a corresponding impact on our performance.  By taking charge of our wellbeing and incorporating tools that help us relax and focus, we can overcome so many of these challenges and even boost productivity levels.  This workshop will introduce attendees to the foundation for a happier and more successful life and incorporate practical tools to help people destress, relax and ultimately make the most of opportunities in life and in business

This programme creatively engages with people on the importance of positive thinking, exercise, diet, breathing, relaxation and rest.  Attendees will be introduced to tools for handling stress and anger, and promoting relaxation, focus and creativity.
