Wexford Chamber has National Voice

Chambers Ireland has welcomed Madeleine Quirke as a member of their Economic Development Policy Council with immediate effect.  Karl Fitzpatrick, Board Member with Wexford Chamber, has also been appointed to the Employment, Workplace and Skills Policy Council.

Policy Councils support the work of Chambers Ireland Public Affairs staff.  This is a great opportunity for keeping Wexford to the fore in terms of issues affecting Chamber Members and the businesses they represent, information that will play a vital role in developing and agreeing policies and outputs. Wexford Chamber will now be in a position to contribute to Government consultations, whites papers and working groups on specific policy outputs.

MaMadeleine Quirke Photodeleine is the Chief Executive Officer of the Wexford Chamber. Wexford Chamber speaks on behalf of Business in Wexford promoting a competitive business environment and providing extensive networks for Business Development. As Chief Executive she is responsible for the operational activities of the Chamber, working with the President, the Board of Directors and Committee Chairpersons in developing the overall strategic plan of the Chamber and coordinating its implementation.

Karl FitzKarl Fitzpatrick Photopatrick is Managing Director of Chevron Training located in Wexford.  His company is a Department Of Jobs, Enterprise & Innovation licensed employment agency and a member of the National Recruitment Federation.  Karl has been on the board of Wexford Chamber since 2010 and has assisted in both the development and implementation of strategies to retain and grow the membership base.
