APB Treecare Ltd was set up in 2014 by directors Tony and Pamela Boland with the aim of providing high quality tree care services to clients within the South East.

Tony has achieved some of the highest standards within his profession. He is an International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) recognised Certified Arborist as well as a professional member of the Arboricultural Association. He holds a degree in Forest and Woodland Management as well as a certificate in Arboriculture which were obtained from Newton Rigg forestry college in the UK. Tony is also an experienced tree inspector having successfully completed the Lantra Awards Professional Tree Inspection in 2019.

Pamela provides the back-office support ensuring that all our relevant certification, accounts and administration functions are kept up to date.

APB Treecare Ltd. are a team of friendly and professional tree surgeons/Arborists working within Wexford and the Southeast region. With a wealth of knowledge, experience and specialist equipment, APB Treecare Ltd. provides a high standard and quality of tree care & tree management services to domestic, public service and commercial clients. At APB Treecare we understand there is a constant trade off with safety, aesthetics, light, space and conservation. We always strive to balance all these considerations whilst delivering a high-quality service. We work to the highest safety standards. Our employees are trained and NPTC certified or equivalent in the relevant arboricultural activities undertaken. All climbing and rigging equipment is independently inspected and certified under Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998 (LOLER) every 6 months. This ensures that all our climbing/rigging equipment which has a bearing on safety has been formally inspected and assessed as been in a safe condition in addition to our own regular checks.

Wherever possible we aim to recycle trees we work on for wood fuel, garden mulch and animal bedding to minimise waste and impact on our environment.
