National Grid Link Project Briefing
Wexford Chamber facilitated a briefing on Eir Grid’s Grid Link Project in the Farmer’s Kitchen last Wednesday, 23rd October.
Speaking after the event Fleur Creed, President Wexford Chamber said ”Wexford Chamber recognizes the need for and supports the roll out of a future proofed electrical power transmission system that will meet the needs of everyone in the community, including business consumers and future investors.”
“We were happy to facilitate a discussion between Eir Grid, Chamber Members and members of the public. It is important that people are given the opportunity to ask questions and obtain information on the Grid Link 25 Project including project need, economic development and job creation and the project timeline” concluded Fleur.
